Gayatri Garde is a certified yoga teacher with over 5+ years of experience in teaching yoga. I have completed 500+ hours of training through the Yoga Alliance and continue to deepen my knowledge and practice through ongoing workshops and retreats.
My approach to yoga is grounded in mindfulness and compassion. I believe that yoga is a powerful tool for cultivating self-awareness and building resilience, and I strive to create a safe and supportive space for students to explore their practice.
My teaching style is rooted in Hatha yoga, with a focus on alignment, breath work, and meditation. I also incorporate elements of Vinyasa and Yin yoga, depending on the needs and interests of my students. My classes are suitable for all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners.
In addition to teaching group classes, I also offer private lessons and workshops for individuals and organizations. I have worked with clients of all ages and backgrounds, including athletes, seniors, and individuals with chronic pain or injuries.
